Nadira Hazim-Patrick
Building on a strong foundation, COMPASS Plus LLC is led by industry veteran Nadira Hazim-Patrick. A seasoned professional with 30 plus years of state level experience in economic development, workforce services, community development, business growth and expansion, and project/program management. Previously, Nadira served as Assistant Secretary for the Kansas Department of Commerce, where she fostered the success of existing businesses and championed over $3B of new private sector investment. Strong leadership, vision, and collaboration were key to achieving one of the highest capital investment years in state history, as businesses of all sizes flourished.
In addition, Nadira directed the Business Finance team responsible for the incentive programs driving this success. During her tenure, she played a crucial role in the creation and expansion of several significant incentive programs including Attracting Powerful Economic Expansion (APEX), Job Creation Fund Program (JCF), and the transferability of High Performance Incentive Program (HPIP) Tax Credits.
